Eva Legard

Humanitarian

Ms. Legard was retired from Southern University Registrar’s Office.  She was very active in promoting public education and served on the EBR Parish School Board.

Ms. Legard was a longtime member and President of the Board of the Baton Rouge Council on Human Relations and, in 1986, she was honored by BRCHR as recipient of the Powell-Reznikoff Humanitarian Award.
