When all forms have been completed, the teacher should take the forms to the library at least 2 days before the scheduled class visit. Library staff needs to have time to process the applications and to verify whether the student has previously been issued a card. NOTE: Some students already have or have had an East Baton Rouge Parish Library Card. A parent or guardian will have to accompany the child to the library to get a replacement card.
