The Greenwell Springs Road Regional Branch Library was the third facility to be constructed with funds for the property tax. The facility was designed to serve the residents of the central area of the parish.

The Library features two large reading and reference areas - one for adults and one for children and young adults. Walls in the spacious periodical reading room are designed for special displays and art exhibits. Meeting room space for 212 can be divided to accommodate two separate groups.
